Coaching institutions are not built by software. They are built by curriculum design, disciplined content production, well-calibrated assessment, and faculty who are enabled rather than left to figure it out alone. We exist because most institutions are trying to do all of this with tools that were designed for administration — attendance, fees, messaging — not for academic quality itself.
